You will start the discovery of Baku from the Old Town, the historical core of the city. Among the other beautiful buildings of the Old Town you will see: Maiden Tower – the iconic symbol of the city which has a beautiful legend behind its name, The Palace of the Shirvanshahs which is dubbed as a “pearl of old Azerbaijani architecture”, Synyk Gala Mosque – the most ancient temple in the whole country and Juma Mosque, also known as Friday Mosque.
Your guide will suggest a restaurant for the lunch break, where you may order dolma or qutab – the most favorable examples of the Azerbaijani cuisine.

Second part of the tour is dedicated to the modern side of Baku. During recent years many new significant buildings were constructed in the city and now they are considered as Baku’s symbols along with the historical sights. You will have a pleasant promenade walk along the Seaside Boulevard, make a photo stop near the famous Flame Towers and enjoy the panoramic view of the city.
Optional activities for today:
• Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center Tour. The center was designed by the legend of the world’s modern architecture – Zaha Hadid.
• Boat ride. See the city from the different perspective in a comfortable boat.
After the tour you return to the hotel. Free time. Overnight.

• Carpet Museum. This is what Azerbaijan is famous for – carpets and other rug items.
• Plov master-class. Baku is the right place to learn how to cook this Eastern dish.
This city is a true gem for sightseeing and your guide will show you the best of it. You will also go to the mosque and bazaar so you could experience the life of local people in Sheki. After the tour, you will be accommodated in a cozy hotel. Overnight.
In the evening you return back to Tbilisi. Free time. Overnight.

• Tour to David Gareja Monastery Complex – one of the significant symbols of Kakheti.
One of the highlights for today is a visit to Narikala – ancient fortress, where the stunning views over the city will be opened for you. You will go up on the comfortable cable car and get down by foot through the narrow and authentic streets of the Old Town, among them the newly renovated Shardeni kucha – the street which never sleeps, an entertainment cluster of Tbilisi.
After the city tour, you will have time for lunch break. Your guide will be happy to recommend a local restaurant so you could try more Georgian dishes (lunch may be booked in advance – USD 15 PP).
Today we prepared for you another splendid place to visit – the historical suburb of Tbilisi. You will see Mtskheta – the old legendary capital of Georgia. Here is located the most important cathedral – Svetitskhoveli, which inspired many Georgian poets and artists. Then you proceed to Jvari Monastery, previously a pagan temple turned into Christian church. This place gives you an opportunity to enjoy the exceptional scenery and make photos of the amazingly beautiful nature. In the evening return to the hotel and spend the rest of the day on your own.
Arrival back to Tbilisi. Free time. Overnight.
Optional tours/activities for today:
• Choreography Class. Master-class of Georgian dances. During 1.5 hours session you will have an opportunity to learn the moves from the professional dancers (no special skills required).
• Visit to the peasant family near Mtskheta. The tour includes degustation of the locally produced wine (aimed for the export). Additionally we may include the dinner with the family during this tour and master classes of cooking Georgian cuisine.
• Tour to the National Museum of Georgia. See the treasury of ancient Georgian Kingdoms, Soviet Occupation exposition and other significant historical artefacts.
• Tour to the Ethnographical Museum. Open-air museum where you can see the authentic Georgian houses.
• Dinner with traditional Georgian dishes, wine and national show program (Georgian dances and songs). Round-trip transfer included.
You change the vehicle by the border and meet the Armenian guide with whom you proceed on the tour. On your way to the capital, you will see the legendary Sevan Lake which is significantly important as it’s the source of water in this land-locked country and, moreover, it is one of the biggest lakes on the whole Eurasian continent. On the shore of the lake stands Sevanavank Monastery, you will have a tour inside.
In the evening arrival to Yerevan and accommodation.

• Boat ride on Sevan Lake. Enjoy the beautiful views and scenery of the lake during the boat ride.
You will tour inside the Genocide Museum and make a photo-stop on the Republic Square, see the House of Aznavour (exterior) and have an excursion along with the degustation in the Brandy factory. After the lunch break, you proceed to the Matenadaran – repository of ancient manuscripts, the museum of Armenian pride. Return to the hotel. Free time. Overnight.

• Erebuni Museum. Historical and archaeological museum complex.
Then you proceed to one of the most impressive sights of Armenia – Garni Temple – pagan Temple of the Sun, built in the Roman Empire era and reconstructed in the Soviet period. This is the only such building in all post-USSR countries and now stands as one of the most iconic landmarks of Armenia. Another place of visit today is – Geghard – monastery complex, unique architectural construction and the manifest of Armenian medieval architecture. After the tour you return to Yerevan. Overnight.
