Bay opens from the park. Baku’s Highland Park, has undergone some major reconstructions. It has been around for quite some time, being first built in the 1940s. As the pictures below show, park opens a terrific view on the sea shore. A funicular (also known as an inclined plane or cliff railway) has been updated as well.
The symbol of Baku, Maiden Tower was included into the list of World Cultural Heratage of UNESCO in December of 2000. Maiden Tower, erected at the coast of the Caspian Sea preserved its magnificence till our days. The Tower, which was included into the fortification system of Baku, was called “Maiden Tower” for its inaccessibility.
Juma mosque or mosque in the Icheri-sheher has been functioning since the 12th century. This mosque was built in 1899 at the funds of Baku philanthropist Khadja Shikhali Dadashev. In the 14th century pagan temple was converted into a mosque. According to the inscription on the Mosque, "in the month of Rajab in the year 709 Hijri (1309) Ami r Sharaf al-Din Mahmud ordered to update this mosque." In the 15th century, minaret was attached to the north side of the Mosque. By the end of the 19th century the old mosque came into disrepair and was replaced by a new one – Juma Mosque. The most striking example of the medieval palace structures in Azerbaijan is the Shirvanshah Palace complex dating to the middle XV. The two-story building
of the palace consists of about fifty different rooms of various sizes and shapes connected by three narrow spiral staircases. After excursion transfer back to the hotel.
Procced to Yanar Dag (Azerbaijani: Yanar Dağ, meaning "burning mountain") is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan (a country which itself is known as "the Land of Fire").

Drive back to Tbilisi, hotel accommodation. Free time.
From 16:00 Tbilisi city tour. Walking tour to Metekhi Church located in the neighborhood of the same name and gracefully situated on a cliff above Mtkvari river. Your guide will then take you to the new Rike Park to admire the view and perhaps take a few photos in front of The Bridge of Peace, a stunning modern structure designed by Italian architects and one of the new symbols of the city.
One of the highlights of the day is a visit to Narikala – the capital’s ancient fortress, where the stunning views over the city will open out before you. You’ll be whisked to the top in a cable car and after your visit will wander down by foot through the narrow and historic streets of the Old Town, among them the newly renovated Shardeni – the street which never sleeps, and one of Tbilisi’s nighttime hot spots.
Walking to Legvtakhevi gorge, where you’ll see the waterfall. Transfer to the hotel. Free time.
In the evening transfer to Georgian restaurant to have dinner.

This day is dedicated to Kakheti, wine region of Georgia. First stop the nunnery of Bodbe, a significant pilgrimage site in Georgia due to its association with St Nino. We’ll then move on to the highlight of today’s tour – a visit to Signagi, the so-called “city of love”. Packed full of 19th century architecture Signagi resembles an Italian city with its Mediterranean-style colorful, small houses and narrow old streets. With views over the Alazani valley to the Caucasus on the horizon the town is a very pleasant place to while away an afternoon. City tour for one hour. After excursion drive back to Tbilisi.

Visit unique monasteries included UNESCO world heritage list. Haghpat Monastery, also known as Haghpatavank, was founded by Queen Khosrovanuysh, wife of the Bagratid king Ashot III, probably in 976.
Sanahin was renowned for its school of illuminators and calligraphers. According to legend, the monastery was founded in the 4th century.
Drive to Sevan lake through Dilijan town, were you’ll stop walk through a museum street, which has preserved houses dating back to the 18th century with typical fretwork wooden balconies as well as local handicraft studios.
Lake Sevan – the largest in the Caucasus, as well as one of the largest alpine freshwater lakes on Earth. The lake consists of two unequal parts – Big Sevan and Small Sevan. Of the historical monuments on the coast of Sevan, the most legendary is the monastery of Sevanavank, located on a peninsula in the north-western part of the lake. Initially, the monastery was located on the peninsula, although in connection with a decrease in the water level, an isthmus appeared connecting the peninsula to land. On the western slope of there is another monastery called- Ayrivank. Today, Sevan is one of the favorite and most visited resorts for tourists.
