Breakfast in the hotel. Meeting with your guide, who will take you to the city tour of Armenian capital. Yerevan is one of the oldest cities in the world with a rich dramatic history.
You will tour inside the Genocide Museum and make a photo-stop on the Republic Square, see the House of Aznavour (exterior) and have an excursion along with the degustation in the Brandy factory.
«Megerian Carpet» in Yerevan has a large impressive exhibition hall, where foreign guests, as well as local residents can make their purchases. Visitors and guests can observe the production of carpets, which includes coloring threads with the help of vegetable colorants, weaving, cutting, finishing, etc.
Proceed to the ancient capital of Armenia – Vagarshapat town, also known as Echmiadzin. It’s unofficially dubbed as “the holy city of Armenia” because of Echmiadzin Cathedral, the most important Armenian Church, is situated exactly here.
Close to the complex are the remains of the 7th century cathedral of Zvartnots, which was the tallest church on earth when built. After excursion drive back to Yerevan.

Breakfast in the hotel. Proceed to one of the most impressive sights of Armenia – Garni Temple – pagan Temple of the Sun, built in the Roman Empire era and reconstructed in the Soviet period.
Another place of visit today is Geghard monastery complex, unique architectural construction and the manifest of Armenian medieval architecture. Here you’ll have masterclasses of baking Armenian Lavash. After drive back to Erevan. Free time.

Breakfast in the hotel. Departure for excursion. Lake Sevan – the largest in the Caucasus, as well as one of the largest alpine freshwater lakes on Earth. The lake consists of two unequal parts – Big Sevan and Small Sevan. Of the historical monuments on the coast of Sevan, the most legendary is the monastery of Sevanavank, located on a peninsula in the north-western part of the lake.
The scenery changes again as we find ourselves amongst hills and valleys covered in pine trees. In picturesque Dilijan town, we walk through a museum street, which has preserved houses dating back to the 18th century with typical fretwork wooden balconies as well as local handicraft studios. After drive back to Yerevan, free evening.

Breakfast in the hotel, check out. Drive to Khor Virap. The monastery is located close to the border between Armenia and Turkey, on a hill near the village of Pokr Vedi. Long ago it was the site where Artashat, the ancient Armenian capital, was located. Proceed to wine village Areni, here you’ll have excursion and wine degustation at local winery. At the end of this day you’ll visit Noravank monastery, was founded in 1205 by Bishop Hovhannes, and it was the last work of master sculptor and architect Momik (he is buried here).
Proceed to city Goris, accommodation and overnight there.

Breakfast in the hotel, check out. Departure for excursion. The Tatev monastery in Syunik, Southern Armenia, is an exception. To reach it you have to travel on the world’s longest cable car called the Wings of Tatev.
After drive back to Yerevan, transfer to local market, where you can buy fruits and spices. Transfer to the hotel. Free time.
