Arrival to Tbilisi. Arrival to Tbilisi, meeting with your driver and guide at the arrival hall of the airport. Meeting sign: “Capital Georgia Travel”, transfer to hotel. Accommodation.

After breakfast, you’ll departure to city Mtskheta You’ll visit Jvari Monastery (Monastery of the Cross), The
Svetitskhoveli cathedral remains at the center of the Orthodox church.
Drive back to Tbilisi. City tour. First stop will be at glorious Sameba – the main cathedral and the tallest
religious building of the country. Next up is Metekhi Church located in the neighborhood of the same name
and gracefully situated on a cliff above Mtkvari river. Your guide will then take you to the new Rike Park to
admire the view and perhaps take a few photos in front of The Bridge of Peace, a stunning modern structure
designed by Italian architects and one of the new symbols of the city. One of the highlights of the day is a visit
to Narikala – the capital’s ancient fortress, where the stunning views over the city will open out before you.
You’ll be whisked to the top in a cable car and after your visit will wander down by foot through the narrow and
historic streets of the Old Town, among them the newly renovated Shardeni kucha – the street which never
sleeps, and one of Tbilisi’s nighttime hot spots.
After excursion, you may enjoy the rest in the sulfur baths for 1 hour. Go back to hotel by yourself.

Breakfast in the hotel. Check out from the hotel and departure to the Eastern part of Georgia – the wine region
Kakheti. We will go through Gombori Pass, a stop near fortress Ujarma – nowadays only ruins are left from
this once glorious structure which used to be a residence of the Georgian monarchs in the early Middle Ages.
Thereafter we will visit New Shuamta – the monastery complexes. Stop to Telavi, which is the centre of
Georgian winemaking. Here you’ll visit King Erekle II palace (Batonis Tsikhe), served as the residence of
Kakhetian Kings between 17th and 18th century. The castle encloses two churches, the ruins of a royal
bathhouse, and the Persian style Palace of King Erekle.
Proceed to Lopota lake resort. Accommodation. Lunch in the hotel till 16 00. Free time.
Dinner in the hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel. Check out at 12 00. Drive for excursion to Nekresi Monastery. The first church you come to is a three-church basilica from the 8th and 9th centuries, with a plan unique to early Georgian
churches.
After excursion you’ll visit winery “Kindzmarauli Corporation”, here you will taste Georgian wine. Thereafter
we will visit Alaverdi and Ikalto monasteries. Arrival to Telavi. Hotel accommodation.

Stop in the palace of Prince Alexander Chavchavadze in Tsinandali, unique park and winery. Here we will
have the best wine tasting (5 sorts). We’ll then move on to the highlight of today’s tour – Signagi, Here at the
wine cellar you’ll have degustation of wine and Georgian vodka Chacha.
Drive back to Tbilisi, accommodation, free evening.
