DAY 1 Arrival to Baku. Transfer to the hotel.

DAY 3 Tour to Gobustan National Park.

DAY 4 Transfer to Sheki, tour around the city. Overnight in Sheki.

DAY 5 Transfer to Georgia: tour of Kakheti region. Overnight in Tbilisi.

DAY 6 Full-day city tour of Tbilisi and suburbs – Mtskheta and Jvari.

After breakfast, you will meet your guide at the hotel lobby and start the city tour of Tbilisi. First stop will be at glorious Sameba – the main cathedral and the tallest religious building of the country. Another “must see place” for today is Metekhi Church located in the neighborhood of the same name, gracefully situated on a cliff above Mtkvari river. Your guide will take you to the new Rike Park to make a photo-stop on The Bridge of Peace which is a modern structure designed by Italian architects and recently became one of the new symbols of the city.

One of the highlights for today is a visit to Narikala – ancient fortress, where the stunning views over the city will be opened for you. You will go up on the comfortable cable car and get down by foot through the narrow and authentic streets of the Old Town, among them the newly renovated Shardeni kucha – the street which never sleeps, an entertainment cluster of Tbilisi.

After the city tour, you will have time for lunch break. Your guide will be happy to recommend a local restaurant so you could try more Georgian dishes (lunch may be booked in advance – USD 15 PP).

Today we prepared for you another splendid place to visit – the historical suburb of Tbilisi. You will see Mtskheta – the old legendary capital of Georgia. Here is located the most important cathedral – Svetitskhoveli, which inspired many Georgian poets and artists. Then you proceed to Jvari Monastery, previously a pagan temple turned into Christian church. This place gives you an opportunity to enjoy the exceptional scenery and make photos of the amazingly beautiful nature. In the evening return to the hotel and spend the rest of the day on your own.
Arrival back to Tbilisi. Free time. Overnight.

Optional tours/activities for today:

• Choreography Class. Master-class of Georgian dances. During 1.5 hours session you will have an opportunity to learn the moves from the professional dancers (no special skills required).
• Visit to the peasant family near Mtskheta. The tour includes degustation of the locally produced wine (aimed for the export). Additionally we may include the dinner with the family during this tour and master classes of cooking Georgian cuisine.
• Tour to the National Museum of Georgia. See the treasury of ancient Georgian Kingdoms, Soviet Occupation exposition and other significant historical artefacts.
• Tour to the Ethnographical Museum. Open-air museum where you can see the authentic Georgian houses.
• Dinner with traditional Georgian dishes, wine and national show program (Georgian dances and songs). Round-trip transfer included.

DAY 7 Free day in Tbilisi.

DAY 8 Transfer to Armenia. Sevan Lake. Overnight in Yerevan.

DAY 9 City tour of Yerevan.

DAY 10 Echmiadzin, Garni, Geghard.

DAY 11 Transfer to the airport. Departure.
