DAY 1 Arrival to Tbilisi. City tour to Tbilisi
Arrival to Tbilisi, meeting with your driver at the arrival hall of the airport. Meeting sign: “Capital Georgia
Travel”, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
After short rest start your personal discovery of Georgia with a city tour of its capital city, Tbilisi. First stop will
be at glorious Sameba – the main cathedral and the tallest religious building of the country. Next up is
Metekhi Church located in the neighborhood of the same name and gracefully situated on a cliff above
Mtkvari river. Your guide will then take you to the new Rike Park to admire the view and perhaps take a few
photos in front of The Bridge of Peace, a stunning modern structure designed by Italian architects and one of
the new symbols of the city.
One of the highlights of the day is a visit to Narikala – the capital’s ancient fortress, where the stunning views
over the city will open out before you. You’ll be whisked to the top in a cable car and after your visit will
wander down by foot through the narrow and historic streets of the Old Town, among them the newly
renovated Shardeni kucha – the street which never sleeps, and one of Tbilisi’s nighttime hot spots.
Walking to Legvtakhevi gorge, where you’ll see the waterfall. Then under the tunnel Meidanbazar you will
have opportunity to buy Georgian sauces and spices. Transfer to the hotel. Free evening.

DAY 2 Tour Ananuri, Gudauri, Kazbegi and Gergeti trinity
In the morning we will depart for Kazbegi. Our journey will take us along the Georgian Military Road to the
fortress and monastery of Ananuri which is located on the bank of Jinvali reservoir. Ananuri is the seat of the
Dukes of Argavi, a dynasty which ruled the area during the middle ages and saw many battles won and lost.
Remaining occupied by various Dukes and Kings until the early 19 th century the complex included two
fortifications and two churches, one of which, the Church of Assumption contains the remains of frescos, most
of which were destroyed in a fire in the 18 th century.
Later on we will visit the pride of many Georgians – the ski resort Gudauri, located at an altitude of 2195m.
With kilometers of ski runs, the cheapest ski passes in Europe and sun drenched south facing slopes the resort
offers fabulous terrain for beginners and advanced skiers alike. In summer hiking, horse riding, birdwatching
and climbing are some of the many activities on offer.
Finally, we will go up the mountain and enjoy the breath-taking views from the Gergety Trinity Church –
built in medieval time the church is located on the slope of Mount Kazbek with the Caucus Mountains rising in
the background. The only cross-cupola church in Khevi, photos of the church and detached bell-tower have
become symbols of Georgia, inspiring travelers to from across the world to visit Georgia.
After the tour, we will travel back to Tbilisi. Free evening.

DAY 3 Tour to Mtskheta and Uplistsikhe. Transfer to Kutaisi
Breakfast in the hotel. Check out. Departure to Mtskheta – the old, legendary capital of Georgia, just 20km
from the city center. The historic capital of Eastern Georgia (Kartli) and set at the confluence of the Mtkvari
and Aragvi Rivers, Mtskheta has remained at the spiritual heart of Georgia since Christianity was established.
You’ll visit Jvari Monastery (Monastery of the Cross), previously a pagan temple and latterly turned into
Christian church. Perched on a windblown, rocky promontory, take some time to enjoy the exceptional scenery
and take some photos of this amazing UNESCO world heritage listed structure. The Svetitskhoveli cathedral
remains at the center of the Orthodox church. Proceed to Kutaisi.

DAY 4 Tour to Kutaisi sights, transfer to Batumi
After breakfast, check out. Visit to cave Prometheus, one of Georgia’s natural wonders. The cave was discovered in 1984 and includes stalactites and stalagmites as well as many rivers. Lit with lovely
illuminations visitors can enjoy petrified waterfalls and beautiful rock formations in the 6 cave complex. You
will walk along a well laid path for about 1000m to the sound of quiet classical music which adds to the
magical atmosphere in this beautiful place.
Excursion to Cathedral Bagrati, is an 11th-century cathedral masterpiece of the medieval Georgian
architecture, thereafter visit to monasteries Motsameta and Gelati.
Proceed to Batumi, the capital of seaside province of Ajara. For several centuries it was conquered by the
Ottoman Empire, hence the significant amount of population was converted to Islam. Nowadays it preserves
a status of autonomous republic in Georgia.

After breakfast. You will meet your guide at the hotel lobby and start the city tour of Batumi.
You will start the discovery of the city from the seaside boulevard. Seeing the exteriors of House of Justice,
Statue of Love and brand new buildings of the world known hotels. Take a walk on the famous Batumi
Piazza – the square which was built as a replica of Italian city square
Excursion to the mountain Adjara .On the way you will see magnificent mountain forests, the longest river of
Adjara – Adzharistskali. You will also visit the arched bridge in Makhuntseti, waterfall Mahuntseti will
fascinate you with its amazing beauty.
Just down the road we will visit a wine house famous for rare and exclusive sorts of wine and chacha (tasting
of wine and chacha for extra fee USD 15 PP).
Drive back to Batumi. Free evening.

DAY 7 Tour to Kakheti: Tsinandali, Ikalto and Alaverdi
Breakfast in the hotel. This day is dedicated to Kakheti, wine region of Georgia. Stop to the palace of Prince Alexander Chavchavadze in Tsinandali, visit unique park and winery. Here we will have wine tasting (5
sorts). At the same village you’ll visit Shumi winery. The company owns Vazioni small museum which
houses a fine collection of wine related exhibits, an ethnography department and a wine-tasting area. The
museum collection already contains 294 varieties of vine collected by SHUMI employees in different areas of
Georgia, as well as 92 varieties of foreign vines. Among all these different Georgian vines, only 15 are used
for commercial purposes today. The Museum also aims to find rare species of vine with unique qualities
which could enrich Georgian wine-making. After excursion to museum wine degustation. Here you can have
